Train in a small group with studio equipment like Power Plate, TRX Suspension Trainer, RIP Trainer, Bosu Ball, Kettlebells, and much more. Each session is 60 min. Cost CHF 50 cash or buy an Abo for CHF 500 and get 12 sessions. Bootcamps take place every Wednesday at 7.30PM in the studio with a minimum of 4 participants. Registration necessary.
